"I will make this short. I bought some blinds that used a pull string instead of the wand for the tilting of the blinds. Pulling on the string did absolutely nothing to the tilt. The string was completely useless. Then when I "rigged" it up to tilt, I found out the the blinds open and close in the wrong direction. My guess is, when they cut them down to fit my demensions they re-assembled the blinds wrong. And nobody caught it. Poor QA. How can you let that go out the door? I can not suggest this store nor will I shop here again!!!!"
