Does the trick
Date:June 21, 2012
"I set this baby up by myself on a second story porch. It was not easy to do alone, but I was able to do it. My only problem/issue with the umbrella was the pin that holds the bar to the umbrella (above the piece). It won't stay in and I now need to get a bolt to replace it before the string connecting the two pieces breaks. Other than that it is a nice piece for the price and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a nice umbrella."

"Easy to put together and as long as you are careful when raising and lowering you should have no problem with product lasting. We bought the 16" square bricks, who recommend the 20" square justy for better weight to hold."

GREAT Umbrella!!

"After using this style of umbrella (cantilever) I doubt I would ever return to the Market style. The coverage and UV protection is wonderful. Money well spent!"

Worth the money
Date:June 7, 2012
"Bought this because it was the best color (Terra Cotta) I found anywhere locally or online. Was initially disappointed that the color is several shades lighter than expected based on what I could see on my monitor. On the other hand, umbrella actually exceeded expectations in every other aspect. It is well designed, well-made and looks great. Definitely worth the money."

"I purchased this umbrella more than a month ago and only assembled it today. I previously had a 7' cantilever umbrella and needed a few more feet to clear my sitting area. I was hesitant to purchase a 10' because I thought it would be too big, but once opened, I was very disappointed that it didn't look any bigger than my 7'. I then measured it and it was just slight of 8.3' fully opened. The price was too good to be true!"

Date:May 31, 2012
"This is a very nice umbrella, well made, easy to assemble and the price is unbeatable. We have two of them. I bought one last year and I'm very impressed with the quality for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this umbrella."

"Just finished staining the deck and have the Grant HDC patio set and this umbrella all in place. How beautiful and well made. Delivery was great, everything was there, and this should last for years to come. Love them all!"

Cantiliever 10' Umbrella Mocha
Date:May 16, 2012
"Lovely and just what I expected. Note Unlike canvas this umbrella allows sublet sunlight to filter throughout the umbrella. If you are looking to block out all sun you will want to choose something more opaque. Seems sturdy enough. Unless you plan to bolt this to your deck or patio you must purchase the additional weight stand. I filled mine with water and works great in Phoenix."

Well, that didn't last long...
Date:May 12, 2012
"Received two of these umbrellas yesterday and was so excited to set them up. My husband put them both together, then as he began to fold one of them down, SNAP! The piece that holds the cantilever together broke right in two (it's plastic, I might add). Why the manufacturer would choose to make the connecting parts plastic is beyond me, as any light wind could cause the post too much pressure and snap it right in half. Wish I would have read the reviews for this product on other sites prior to purchasing, as Home Decorators' reviews are the only ones that are positive. Buyer beware! Home Decorators, this is a poorly made product- you can bet I'm sending it back!"

Great product, better price
Date:May 9, 2012
"We looked everywhere for a cantilever umbrella. Most of what we found were either so inexpensive it made us wonder how terrible they'd be or they were so expensive we couldn't imagine investing so much $$ for a little shade in the backyard. This product definitely hit the sweet spot. The umbrellas took a total of 7 mintues to put together. There's basically four screws for the base and then the pole slips into it. Everything else is pre-assembled. The umbrella isn't fabric like most out there. It's an engineered plastic similar to astro-turf for lack of a better way of explaining it. Still looks great and you wouldn't know it unless you really inspected it upclose, plus I don't remember the last time I sat around feeling the texture of someone's outdoor umbrella... We bought two of these to bookend our pool deck and paired them with the umbrella base. Filled the base with water and the whole unit is solid as can be. Had a big storm roll through the day after we set it up and it was good to go. (the umbrella was down for obvious reasons). Very pleased we found this. You won't be disappointed."

"What a value! This umbrella is exactly what I was looking for - and hundreds of dollars less than I expected to pay. It is easy to assemble and easy to open and close - adds a rich look to our outdoor room. I would recommend this umbrella to anyone looking for a cantilever patio umbrella."

Great value
Date:April 5, 2012
"Item arrived promptly and was easier to set up than anticipated. Had it out of the carton and fully functional in about 20 minutes. Would have been easier with two people, but I was able to assemble it by myself. Really only took four steps. The umbrella is an excellent value. The only thing I wish it did that it doesn't is rotate around the base. Other than that it has exceeded my expectations."
"It looks good and works well. I like the way it folds up. The thing that bothers me is the fact that the umbrella just flops around all over the place in the wind. I thought it would be a little more rigid."

A little dissapointed
Date:July 29, 2011
"My neigbors bought the same product and theirs came with a tieback. I had to go on line and order material to make my own. That was a dissapointment. Without the tieback, the wind blows it all over when it's closed. My husband had to use tiedowns. The umbrella itself is beautiful."

Worth the money we spent
Date:June 29, 2011
"My husband put it together and said it was easy. We bought it for our deck and used the pavers method of anchoring it. It works great! We love the color (rust/orange) and the design. Not sure how we will store it during the winter months in MN, but we will see!"
