Very nice piece

"We bought this TV stand because we needed one that would put the TV up high. My husband put it together. I noticed that many reviews complained about how hard it was to put this together. My husband said it was, but he has a lot of experience and does carpentry work. He agrees that the instructions were terrible. Some he said were mirror reverse! It would probably be difficult for someone with little or no experience to put this together. The end result is a very nice piece."

Difficult to Assemble
|
Date: March 25, 2009

"When finally assembled, this is a beautiful piece of furniture. However, it was impossible for me to assemble. I had to hire a carpenter who brought an assistant with him. It took them apx. three hours to put it together. Additionally, it was missing some pieces. If you are handy with following detailed instructions, this is a very good buy."

Difficult to assemble.

"I have assembled cam lock furniture for over 15 years this was the most difficult piece I have ever assembled. The parts were numbered wrong. I was able to figure out which part to use from the pictures but if this was your first piece to assemble it would be very confusing. The directions were very vague. The piece is not very sturdy at one point I didn't know if I would trust it to hold a TV. It became more rigid once the back and doors were on but I am still haven't decided if I will put my TV on it."
