"I really like the cottage look of this lamp. It appears sturdy and comes in several colors. I plan on using a pair as bedside reading lamps but without the shades. (It would work with country-style or Victorian decor with glass shades or decorative bulbs.) The arms offer maximum flexibility for locating the light beams but the shades are a little oversized. They also look kind of cheap but would be easy to clean. The apple green color looks far more yellow than green but I like it."
