"The mirror was sealed, if you want to call it that, with blobs of unevenly applied, brittle epoxy. It left visible, goopy looking gaps on all four sides. I was horrified that such poor workmanship could ever leave the factory. But I really liked the mirror and didn't want to deal with sending it back, so I decided to chip off the offending epoxy myself and see what happened. After a half hour with a dull kitchen knife, I reset the mirror back in the frame, and it looks pretty darn good."
