"The Burnham Hall Tree looks beautiful when assembled. Assembly was easy and quick. The most difficult part of assembly is hanging the hall tree on the wall. It has three "blind" hangers on the back. It is very difficult to lift a 60-70 pound item on the wall and hit the three blind hangers accurately. It is VERY important that your holes are drilled exactly in the correct places. There is no room for error. I would reccommend hanging this in the studs of a wall. The piece comes with dry wall anchors and does not say anything about needing to go into the studs. Don't waste your time with the dry wall anchors.
Overall, the item is beautiful when finally hung. We get lots of complements on it."
