"I bought these to place under the small indoor/ outdoor rugs which I use in the kitchen on a hardwood floor. These pads did nothing to keep the rugs in place."

"Received the non-slip cushions. I ordered 2x3, 4x6 and 6x9. I recently had beautifully finished brand new hardwood floors installed. Honestly, after reading one viewers comments about his cushion sticking to the floor, I chickened out of using them. I have a western view condo and the sunlight makes the unit very hot some days. All I could think about was finding the tissue paper thin mats stuck to my glossy wood floor. My rugs won't be sliding anyway, as they will sit under heavy furniture, so I'll be sending all three back."

"This non-slip cushion exceeded my expectations. Since I went with the cheapest option available, I expected a little bit of slipping when I stepped on our new rug, but the liner doesn't let the rug move at all.
It's also slightly smaller than the rug itself, so you don't have to worry about it showing at the edge or having to align it perfectly."

"I bought this rug pad along with a 3.5'x5.5' rug. I wasn't sure if the pad would keep the rug from moving on our new hardwood floors. The pad does the trick. Don't be deceived by the price - the pad is very good for keeping the rug in place."

"Do not use this mat in a hot or tropical climate, huge bummer. It melted onto my tile floor after only 3 days and had to use paint thinner and a straight edge razor to clean it off."
