"I have a 15' rug in my hallway, and it slid around contstantly. I used two sections of the cushion to span the length of the rug, and it hasn't slipped since - not even a tiny bit. Perfect product for my problem."

"These are necessary when putting rugs on a wood floor. Much too dangerous to go without. Rugs still tend to move around some, but at least it will save you from hitting the floor."

"This does the job of gripping the rug to the floor ok, but does not offer any padding at all, as is indicated by both the name of the product and the description. I would value this as worth $10 or less had I seen it before I purchased it. It's basically just a paper thin sheet of sticky tack."

"When first removed from the bag, the pad emits a irritating chemical odor that makes my eyes water. I had to place the pad outdoor and let it air for a few hours. Otherwise it works pretty well."

"The non-slip cushion is mostly 'non-slip'. Homedecorators does sell a thicker version if coushion if desired. Although I have had this item only a few days, it seems a good choice for me. I'm using it to protect vinyl floor from staining from rubber entry mat. I'm using two layers since it was large enough for my mat. Product is similar to material sold to line drawers to prevent items from sliding around inside. If this product works over time, I'd give it 5 stars, but only time will tell."
