"I love to read customer reviews, especially before I purchase an item online. When I read the reviews for the cushion, there were a lot of people claiming the cushion had an odd odor. I'm glad I did not let that stop me from ordering the cushion. It doesn't have a funky odor to me. It actually smells like new carpet, and I like that smell. The quality is excellent and it keeps the carpet in place. It's a winner."

"I purchased this rug pad to place under the 7'7'' round area rug purchased with the same order. Since the size of the pad was listed as 8' round, I anticipated the need to trim the pad. The actual size of the pad was 7'6'', not the 8' promoted. It worked out prerfectly for me since no trim was required, but others might be disappointed that the pad would be too small for a larger sized rug.
I would strongly recommend that the correct size be placed in the item description. The actual packaging indicated the correct 7'6'' size, not the 8' listed on the web site."

"I am very happy with the rug pad. It was a little large for my rug but as advertised it was very easy to cut. The pieces I cut off I used to put under my bed and chair to keep them from moving on my hardwood floors.

I also received it in record time."

"As much as it sucks, all rugs need a rug pad. I am not the only one who gets annoyed when they slip and slide all over town. Since I bought a very reasonably priced rug from Home Dec, I decided to go the premium route with the rug pad and spend the extra $13 (as oppose to the "standard" rug pad). It is exactly 4x6 and was peaking under my rug a bit so I decided to cut off about an inch. It is simple to cut. I love my rug and it stays in place beautifully because of the rug pad."

"Overall I am pretty happy with the rug pad. I had read from other reviewers that it might have an odor at first so I hung it outside for two days. There is no apparent odor. It was easy to cut to size and stays in place very well. It is not quite as thick as I had hoped but still makes a big difference under an unpadded wool rug."

"At first glance - this didn't look like much. It is very thin - but looks are deceiving. It really prevents the rug from slipping around .... and I assume from the kind of material .... gave a softer feeling to the rug.

The best part ...... is was SO EASY to cut!

Well worth the money!"
