"It's a really nice, airy, contemporary design. I had hoped to hang it vertically but it's not designed that way, (and the description does not imply that it is), so I took a Dremel tool (not easy) to the horizontally mounted brackets and made it my own! I love it now!"

"I bought this because it has a mod, retro, atomic style which was popular in the 1950's and 60's. I have a mid-century modern home with 1950's furnishing and this sculpture goes very well with everything. The only thing I changed was the color. I spray painted it black. I thought black would go better with the wall color which is a light aqua. The piece is metal but isn't very heavy. It's welded together well and mine lays flat against the wall okay. It hangs from 2 points so you have to be sure both are level. You won't be able to straighten it later like a picture frame on a wire."

"Purchased this for my bedroom wall, above the headboard. Color and style were perfect for my room. There was a slight "twist" to the product preventing it from sitting flat against the wall but I was able to bend it slightly to correct this. Possibly that occurred in shipping, but most likely was made that way (or maybe my wall is not flat?). In any event it looks great and I was not disappointed. Also, it gave me an idea for the adjoining wall: I plan to have someone design and paint some very muted interlocking rectangles to complement this piece."
