"The appearance was as I expected after reading other reviews. Definitely not glass but still looks nice.Very easy to assemble. Completed in 20 minutes by myself. Unfortunately while you cannot notice in a quick glance the mirror does not hang dead center in the frame. I am hoping a little tweaking of the screws will take care of this??? In the end I am glad I purchased. Fills the area and meets the need with simple style for an affordable price."

"I agree with the previous review that the mirror's details look better online. However, that only applies to the colored "glass" which is plastic, so is a bit cheap looking up close. I put it together by myself, once I had a place to do so, otherwise, expect some help. All the pieces are cast-iron, with the exception of the two pieces of colored plastic. Everything went together very well, in a few minures. It was packed really well, and it is a very sturdy floor mirror. It looks very nice in the corner of my bedroom."

"Looked much better on line than out of the box. The details were tacky looking and not what we expected. Assembly appeared very difficult had we gotten that far. We unpacked and repacked after seeing it."

"Based on the description and photo, I expected this mirror to be a little darker than antique gold. NOT. Apart from the leaf details, it is a dark bronze which does not match our bedroom decor.
In addition, one of the legs turned out to be crooked, which means the mirror hangs to one side. The wingnut screws which attach the mirror frame to the legs are too short, which make it impossible for the mirror to hold a position other than straight up & down. If we didn't need it for a wedding, I'd have sent it back. At the first opportunity, it goes into the spare room."

"This is a beautifully detailed, garden-style mirror that fit my motif perfectly. I was surprised how substiantially weighty it is, yet easy for two to assemble and install in my room. It goes extremely well with my floral art work and romantically, feminine bedding. My daughters and granddaughters all want one. I would consider this a perfect "one of a kind" gift for a girly-girl. Very reasonably priced."
