"It bunches up within minutes of straightening it out. I have tripped on it several times and am afraid I'm going to fall and break my neck. I keep hoping it's because it was shipped tightly rolled up in a plastic bag and it would eventually stop doing it, but it hasn't gotten any better since it was laid out on the floor."

"This carpet is no thicker than the basic stuff you buy at a "mart" store. I found that very disappointing. I even asked about the pile depth, and the measurement they gave me - 11cm - I thought would be a LITTLE thicker then the "mart" stuff. But it isn't.
The pattern is very nice, but I will be returning this rug."

"This rug exceeded my expectations. I wanted something that would give color but not clash with our other prints. It pulls all our colors together beautifully. In addition, it is quite tightly woven and very soft."

WRONG COLOR, POOR QUALITY

"The weight, fiber, assembly of this rug is nowhere near Home Decorator's normal quality.
If the rug I received is an indicator of the manufacturer's colors, the red is actually rusty-brown, the green is more khaki, even the black looks chalky. In person, it looks more muddy than the picture indicates.
The fiber appears to have that cheap polyester sheen, too and the ends of the rug are loop stitched with more of that shiny polyester thread.
The weight of the rug is so light that when I rolled it out, it would not lay flat on the ends. All I could think was someone will trip on this. So, back in the bag it goes to the manufacturer."

"I'm a western art collector & have a large den that needed an area rug to anchor the room. A friend told me about Home Decorators on line. I went to the site & found the perfect rug for me & my room. It gave me the look that I wanted & at a great price too! "This is my second purchase of a catskill rug. I just love it because it has a slightly dense pile which makes it comfortable and yet it has the qualities of indoor/outdoor rugs in that it cleans very well with soap/water. Beautiful colors and striking pattern. Excellent price."

"We have a very old farm house and remodeled our living room with some old barn boards for a wall accent added a fireplace, mood lighting and redid the old hardwood floors to a glossy shine then put two of these rugs in along with a sheepskin in front of the fireplace. Wow! These rugs brought such a rich look to the room. They are soft and the colors are strong and true. Size was true to the advertisement. Took 8 days to get to my house (that is including a holiday). They came rolled in heavy plastic bags. They rolled out nice and flat. Everyone who has seen the rugs, have made multiple complements about how they enhance the room. Very pleased with my purchase."
