"I bought the burnt orange version of this chair and I can tell you it is exactly as pictured. Some pictures of the brown version appear as if the arms flair at the top, but they are straight.
The color is not overwhelmingly orange. I could tell you that the color is vibrant and that it lives somewhere between brown and rust, but that covers a lot of territory. All I can say for certain is that what is pictured is a fair representation of the color.
As previous reviewers have noted, this is not a chair you will sink into as it is quite firm. I was looking for firm so I am pleased, but if you want something soft and cozy, this is not for you.
I'm 5' 8" and the chair is just right. My feet hit the floor and my lower back is well supported which is difficult to achieve with so much over sized/overstuffed furniture on the market. The dimensions listed in the description are accurate but I'll add that the dimensions of the seat are 20 inches deep and 20 inches wide.
Packaging is good. The box is heavy corrugated and slightly brittle cardboard. Inside of the cardboard are 3/4 inch thick sheets of Styrofoam on all sides and the chair is wrapped in sheet Styrofoam. There are a lot of shipping variables, but in my case I ordered two chairs and there was one dent in the cardboard, but because of the Styrofoam and wrapping, both chairs are perfect.
Delivery took a week and a half to reach SC. The chairs weigh about 70 pounds but they are easy to move around. It takes longer to remove these from the box than it does to screw the legs on.
This is my first experience with Home Decorators and I am very pleased. Excellent transaction."

"This is a sweet little chair. It has character. Lookit -- this is not fine furniture. The 'leather' is fairly shiny -- kind of like vinyl. But it is comfortable and stylish and surpasses many chairs we looked at that cost 5X as much."

"The chair is comfortable but firm. You don't sink into it. It is well-made, but not heavy. We need to move the chair from one room to another, and I can move it by myself.
I like the color. It is off the ground so you can vacuum underneath it. Delivered on time, as promised. A good value."

"This is a nice looking chair. Comfort is OK. I could use a little more lower lumbar support because I am over weight. A small pillow may help. I have short legs (pant's length about 31 inches) and my feet touch the floor OK. The pitch not severe, leaving you sitting in a more vertical position. My shoulders rest comfortably on the fairly cushioned back rest. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall. My arms are comfortable at my sides, or on the arm rests. I like that the leather is recycled."

"This is a very handsome and functional chair. I got two for my TV room and they are terrific. Of the leather chairs offered this style seemed to be the most practical. It has a wide seat that is very comfortable; most of the others the seat looked too narrow. I alaso liked the arms and cut of the back of the chair."

"i was skeptical of purchasing furniture online. This was my first time and i felt a bit uneasy. I review many products online and none seem as impressive or received more positive reviews as '"Cannes Chair" . I purchased two for my sunroom and I am so glad I did. They are firm and comfortable. I love the color of the chairs, I selected brown and the color is more of a caramel color. I own a club leather chair,that is located in my livingroom and I prefer the new ones. I will continue making purchases at Home Decorators. I am now looking to purchase a small ottoman , a accent table and an area rug, Guess where I will be shopping at? :-)"

"For the price, this is a great looking chair (we even got free shipping because of a special promotion). Because of the smaller size, we were able to get two chairs for our living area in our finished basement. They look fantastic. However, we were surprised at how stiff the chairs are - but we are hoping they will relax over time like previous leather chairs we have owned. For now my kids are all over them and they are holding up quite nice!"
