Purchased the black runner about 6 months ago. Everyonr that comes to my home luvs this runner. MY neighbor especially luvs it so i will be getting her one in black also for a christmas present

"This rug is beautiful! It is very hard to know what the true color is so be careful choosing. I wanted the blue to be close to Robin Egg blue - more blue green or aqua and it's perfect!!!"

"I love the size and shape of this carpet - perfect for the room I ordered it for. I just laid it down so not sure about the shedding which all my other wool rugs have shed for awhile so wait and see. A bit curly now but should relax in the nest couple of days. I am, however, disappointed in the color..I ordered the blue which I expected to be a little darker than the picture on internet which would still be fine....but what should have been blue is really dark ship gray. The other colors in the rug work with my room so I'm going to give it a week or so to see if I can get use to the gray before returning it. Hopefully it'll grow on me because it really is a handsome rug!! But if you are looking for any shade of a "real blue" don't try it in this style."

"I have purchased two similar rugs in the past. This one was the poorest quality I have ever seen. I am very disappointed that Home Decorators does not have better quality control. The rug was very poorly constructed, shape was not properly done and lines were irregular."

"I ordered this rug in 2.5' x 4.5' in ivory. While it's a nice rug, it is not ivory, but more of a beige/tan. The
pattern in the picture is more detailed and delicate. The actual rug does not have as intricate a pattern, nor does it have all the colors that are pictured. However, it's a nice rug with a lovely shape. I plan on hanging it over my bed."

"you can see the white bottom of the rug at the sides in places. After quite awhile the rug is still pilling.I have enough of these fuss balls to make a runner rug."

"The color was not like picture in catalog. The edges were white, while the rug was black. athe smell was so bad I had to wrap it and put it in garage until I could return it. It was so dissappointing. I ordered another rug and was real happy. Do not order this rug!"

"I bought this rug in a different size 2 years ago. We moved so I needed 2 more. The cream on the new rugs seemed a little discolored. I should have sent them back but decided not to. I really liked the 1st rug I ordered, but was disappointed with the new ones."

"Do not waste your time buying this rug. The quality of this rug was horrible. You saw the white lining when the rug was on the floor. The rug had bare spots. The overall quality of the rug was just poor. Sent the rugs back the next day."

"Just beautiful. Looked and looked at stores and online but none matched the beauty and originality of this rug. Ordered the smallest size first to see if the colors and quality matched my standards; it did! Ordered the 5'3"x8'3" size in ivory. Wrapped well for shipment and delivered quickly via UPS. "Very happy with the carpet; only con is the difficulty of accurately displaying the true colors. Having said that, the carpet had more "brown" than I anticipated, but not enough to return it, and more to the point, it's working out well for an area between the kitchen and dining room and intended to forestall spotting. Fits the intended use perfectly!"

"After searching for an area rug for the entry way for about two years, I decided on this one. I have two other Calais rugs in the family room and have been impressed with them, so I came back for a third. To my surprise, the colors are now reversed (now burgandy in the center and light brown on the edges). At first I thought I would return it, but it looks very nice...the same, but different than the others. These rugs are nice and thick/soft. I would expect this one to hold up well, as the other two look as nice as the day they arrived."
