Sigh, well it is what it is

"I had been staring at this breakfast nook for 3 months before I finally bit the bullet and bought it. First of all, the delivery was less than stellar because they give you a 4 hour window which is very inconvenient and invariably they deliver your item within the last 20 minutes of the window (after you have been sitting for 3.5 hrs doing nothing). When it arrived it was completely disassembled and had to be put together piece by piece. The screws were all hexagonal so I had to use an adjustable wrench to screw them in -- which took FOREVER. A small useless "wrench" that looked like something out of a child's toy box was included. The thing that irked me the most was that the holes where the screws were to hold the chair seats to the backs were misaligned on the left side on ALL of the pieces so I actually had to use my drill to adjust the angle of the screw tracts so the screws would align and bolt the pieces together. This was extremely frustrating. Also, the instructions included were very vague and that did not help the situation. The entire assembly process took 3 hours. In the end, the piece looked very nice, just like the catalog picture. However, had I not modified the screw tracts, it would have never come together. This is a huge quality control issue. What would one do if they did not have a drill on hand?"
