"It's sturdy, attractive, and keeps perfect time. What more could you want in a clock? The retro styling and green trim go beautifully in our remodeled kitchen. We could have paid a third as much and gotten a functional plastic one, but how often can you say you actively love a kitchen wall clock? The extra expense was well worth it."

"pleasantly surprised to find the clock with a solid weight to it of real metal ... the usual 'modern' clock mechanics of plastic but very good replica of an old retro clock ... even my hard to please hubby liked it ... wow ! ... only downside is it has no second hand ... but that is not something needed regularly anyway ."

"This clock is great, although I wish it had a second hand on it, like the one it was replacing. It looks terrific in my kitchen! It just has the small inexpensive clock mechanism inside it that most clocks have today, that runs on battery, but as long as it keeps time, doesn't really matter. Even my husband, who is usually oblivious to matters of decor, said he really liked the new clock."
