"Horribly uncomfortable. The "leather" seat is hard as a rock. Poor grade of leather. All the protective plastic was added over and around the seat BEFORE the chair was assembled, so it is nearly impossible to remove from around the base of the seat. One of the wooden legs was scratched. No lever to move the seat up or down. Squeaks loudly every time you move. WD-40 doesn't help. You don't notice the spiral rod connecting the seat to the base in the photo but it is ugly. Why am I keeping this expensive chair? Because I bought all the decorator items (carved wooden mirrors, floor vases, cabinets) around the wood of this chair before it arrived and it looks fantastic in my office. I just can't sit down!"
