"It looks attractive however the wood is thin. It tore several times on the inside while it was being put together so don't screw the nails in too hard, do it lightly. The grantite top is a nice feature so drinks won't stain the wood. You can either have the bar turned so that you see the foot rest or so that you see the cabinets. I use it as a photo album holder with the cabinets facing outward and nobody knows it is a bar. It fills the space I needed well and is a nice height. I chose it b/c I could put a child proof lock on the cabinet doors so my toddler can't get into it."
