"This was our first HomeDecorators.com purchase. We needed a larger, round rug, but had a hard time finding anything decent and/or affordable locally. We shopped online and this rug seemed to fit the bill: good color choices and indoor/outdorr (i.e. able to stand up to three small kids in a kitchen). I was worried the material would feel artificial but it's actually very soft and cotton-like. Highly Recommend."

Good for outdoors, not so much indoors

"After reading a whole lot of reviews that said it was good for indoors, I bought this for my office. It was the right size, the right color, the right price, the picture looked nice, and I needed something flat.
This rug looks very very casual. After using my rolling stool over the end of it multiple times a day, the edges started fraying a bit within a week or 2. So now, less than a month of owning it, it looks a little shabby and dumpy and reminiscent of a really big door mat. I think this would be great for outdoor use, or for a sunroom or a mud room. I knew it was a risk buying an outdoor rug for my office. It's functional, but doesn't quite cut it for my purposes."

"This rug is good for a high traffic entry. It got frayed easily on the edge when a vacuum went over it--thanks house keeping! But otherwise, good rug. Came shipped in a roll and took a few days for corners to lie flat. Also, definitely needs a rug pad. It is not very cushiony, but I was getting it for an inside rug off a lanai entrance, so that is fine."

"Rug color was fine, i ordered two - but the ends curl up on both , had them flipped to try and correct then set heavy items on edges, nothing helped. Also, one of the rugs is cut wrong. It actually is 3 feet on one end then 3 and 1/2 at the other. Meaning, it looks silly and not a square."

"As with other reviewers of this rug, I found the color a good choice since it is neutral brown, although it is darker than in the web photo - more of a medium chocolate with lighter beige highlights, but it depends on the light.
Also, the wrinkles from being rolled for shipping are slow to relax, even after laying wet towels on the rug for a day. Those of us in drier climates will have more trouble I'm sure. After a week, most of the wrinkles were less obvious, but I had to use double-sided carpet tape on the edges to keep people from tripping. Also, you will definitely need a rug pad to keep it from slipping on hard surface floors since the backing is very stiff.
The rugs (I bought two sizes) were very reasonably priced and will be great for pets since they seem durable. They are not plush, but typical of the short-loop indoor/outdoor rugs that they are. The texture is not soft, but is not scratchy either.
I'm using mine in the living room and dining area, since they are a good neutral background that works well with my color scheme and are easy to spot clean."

"This product is much more attractive than I thought it would be, being an outdoor rug but we use it for our dining room. We were looking for a synthetic rug, because we have pets and have gone through two other rugs. Not only is it practical but the green is a very rich shade and compliments our hardwood floors."

"Our interior designer recommended we get an outdoor rug for our kitchen. We just got this one and it's beautiful. It feels soft & good under your feet, easy to vacuum and looks great. We haven't spilled anything yet (2 grownups in the house) but I hope it cleans up easily, too. The price was great. Even if it wears out in a year or so, big deal! I'll just get another one. We bought the 5x8 size for the kitchen and two smaller ones to put by the door."

"I bought this rug in green, and it is a great color. I don't think I would use it outdoors in an uncovered area because I wouldn't want it to fade. Maybe it wouldn't fade, but I like it too much to take the chance. I use it in the eating area in my kitchen, and it sets the area apart perfectly. It feels great on bare feet, and it's easy to vacuum. I took another reviewer's advice and taped down the ends. I figure I can remove the tape in a few weeks when the ends have relaxed."

"We keep this rug inside our house right at the entrance/exit to our patio. With people and 5 cats going out and coming in from the patio, our beautiful bamboo floor stays cleaner. The rich terracotta color is also attractive with our orange living room decor."

"I bought this for my outdoor covered patio and pruchased the aqua color. It is refreshing to find someting besides "brown". The rug is a bit darker than I what I saw online, but doesn't really matter. Easy to sweep simply with a broom. I ordered the 7'6" x 10'9", and did come in a bit smaller, 7' x 10'4". Still worked for me but may matter to some. Love it! and feels good the bare feet!"

"This is a good quality rug and feels good under foot. Nice for an outdoor rug. A little darker than expected. On my monitor the rug looked like it had irregular stripes, as if hand woven, but these are actually a straight line pattern in the weave. Small flecks of golden brown (that you can only see up close) give the rug some added texture. Appears to be durable."

"This rug is very nice--well made. It is soft, and with the purchase of the rug pad, even softer. The color was true to what was seen on the computer screen. It took me about two days to completely flatten it, I put some heavy objects on the ends that were curling up. I have not had to clean the rug yet, but I like that I can just hose it down and let it dry. Very pleased with this purchase."
