"We purhased a new 40inch TV for bedroom and wanted to set it on a stand to have room for electronic boxes, etc. Well, there is plenty of room. This thing is huge. We love it, but we have a large dresser-make sure you measure first. It looks very high in quality. It only took 45 minutes for us (by us I mean my husband) to put it together. As with most instructions, there are missing steps-just make sure when you put it together that the side peices are facing the correct direction: all of the pieces have a back side and front side. The skinny board with the hole in it goes on the back last. I would buy another one if I needed it. I feel like I got a steal!"

"This is exactly as described online. It is a simple swivel stand, with angled rear corners. We got the size for a pretty big tv, to put the lcd tv on and the dvr box underneath. Looks like medium-shade oak. Assembly is dowel and cam lock. Did it myself in half an hour. The two panels on the rear side angles didn't screw in flush and square without some effort, though."

"This TV turn table works great with the piece of furniture I'm using it on to raise my TV. I can angle the TV as I want and can even see it across the livingroom into the kitchen. Also, the space below gives me the room to put my cable box and DVD player. I love it!"

"This is a waste of money. The bottom part is too small for a DVD player. One player would not fit at all and the other one would, but it could not slide all the way in since it angles inward as you get toward the back. Needless to say we cannot use this. It will probably end up at Goodwill."

Great TV Stand

"We purchased the 27" wide TV stand for our 40" Samsung flat screen TV for in our bedroom, and we are happy with the purchase. It fits nicely on our dresser, and we were able to stack both the cable box and a DVD player in the space with room on the sides for a few remotes.
Assembling the TV stand was simple, and the directions were very clear. We decided to remove the turntable on the bottom-side of the stand because we were concerned with the TV being top heavy (plus the TV stand could already rotate). We actaully just needed a stand for our dresser, and this one fit our style of furniture and the price was right!"

"This TV turntable is perfect for bedroom TV's that need a little boost. Before I couldnt always see the entire screen because of my bed's footboard. Now its just enough. Its also nice that Tv's that are in the corner can be angled to just the right angle. The con to this stand is nowhere on the description or on packaging was there any mention of the maximun load that this stand can handle. I have an older (very heavy) 32" Tv. Hope it can take the load!"

"First the rounded edges on the top and bottom of the panels does not make it look like mission style thought they should have been square. All you can see on the bottom panel is the silver turntable should have been a different coilor or a piece of molding to match the color really stands out.The covers to hide the cam locks were a hidious color they didn't even come close to matching,we left them off and I bought wooden buttons and stained them to match color."

"I purchased three of the Mission Style two-tier TV stands. These are well made and easy to assemble (have Elmers glue handy in case glue provided is too thick to use. Color choices worked well with our furniture. Tall enough to hold satelite box and DVD/VCR player."

"I love the look of this and it was easy to put together, BUT, the two compartments are not big enough for a DVD player. Smaller sizes must only have one compartment under the TV, but the 42 inch has two. One side fits the Direct TV box, but the other side isn't wide enough. The dimensions were not posted in the description. The picture online doesn't show the divider piece in the middle. The picture online does show a DVD player in the stand. But, a DVD player doesn't fit in the side. We tried two different DVD players from two different manufacturers. I would have returned the items but we had already put it together and returning it would have been a hassle. So we put the DVD player in front of the TV, like we had it BEFORE we bought this piece."
