"This is a nice product....the size in LxH was correct wasn't expect to stick out so far... this is round pipe that is bend to shape...i was expecting a little flatter metal. Also the smooth black finish was detailed with lots of antique or "rust" appearance. Will have to spray paint to fit the bathroom. Not too shabby for pirce just may have to modify to custom fit your area."

"This is a large towel rack which is nice but make sure you have enough room for it. I am having trouble with that now, but it is very nice. The color is rust looking, so I spray painted glossy black, I thought that's what I was buying. Nice rack for the price though, just not exactly as I had expected."

"It was not the actual product that made me disappointed. It was the fact that I paid new retail price for an item that had been broken before and then welded back together..and the weld was in the front in plain view. It was also not even fixed straight, my husband had to straigten it out. They sent me a paid postage thing to send it back but thats just more trouble for me to have to take it back down, box it back up,find a UPS drop off...and so on. I would have liked some of my purchase price refunded since my item was not "NEW". Otherwise it was very pretty."

"this item was exactly as it appeared on line. It was easy to atttach. It was at least 50. less than other online retailers and 65 better than box stores."
