"I was looking for something to fit into a built in area in my art deco style living room. These blended in so well with all of the elements I already have. They are heavy, well made, I bought 2 of them- one of them had some areas where the wood showed through the stain. i originally thought it was a "distressed look" until i opened the other one which was completely black. Required only minor touchup. Really love the overall look- have been hunting on the internet for months to find the right thing at the right price and this is it. Arrived in only a few days."

"I ordered 3 to use in a group and was hoping the majority of reviews were accurate. They are as attractive in person as in the pictures (hence the extra star). However, all 3 were defective, due to manufacturing flaws in the framing, each with a different flaw. HDC was very responsive and immediately arranged a UPS pickup order and a reorder of the mirrors. Unfortunately all 3 of those were also flawed. Needless to say, I sent them back, too and have given up on these. I am very pleased though with HDC customer service - pleasant and no hassles!"

"I considered buying these mirrors for awhile before I actually purchased them. When I finally did, I ordered four and they arrived quickly (a few days later). They were wrapped very carefully and none of them were broken. My husband hung them up on our living room wall and they look beautiful. They are black with red undertones. The workmanship is excellent and they are quality mirrors. I am so glad I ordered them; they really bring the whole room together."

"This mirror was perfect placed sideways over the fireplace mantel. The curved inserts compliment the iron sconces on either side of it. I am very pleased with the mirror not only for its "style", but also because I think it is an incredible value for the price."

"Love the look but the workmanship is poor. Ordered 3 mirrors, 1 has paint spots on the mirror that I tried to remove but most are stuck on. The other 2 mirrors have cracked pieces in the wood that appear to have been glued in and painted over. Very unhappy with the quality and workmanship as well as the inspection process prior to sending merchandise out. I am not surprised with all of the negatives since we ordered 3 desks and a file cabinet and had nothing but problems with many, many pieces. They were replaced time again with no questions and some were on backorder for weeks but it took several months to get everythjing we needed and put together. Sending these back right away."

"I ordered three for my wall. Looked very nice but hard to wash the mirror. Probably take screws out on back of wood frame to separate and then shine whole mirror. The black is not solid black but has a little brown edging to look worn. Still looks very nice. It has hangers on back to either be hung horizontal or vertical."

"We morphed our downstairs laundry room into a bar complete with cabinets, sink, refrigerator and granite countertops... the only problem was that one wall housed the utility panel for the electrical circuits... this mirror was the perfect size to hide the panel and it's lightweight enough to remove should we need to access the panel...and it really is beautiful - it totally completes the look without costing alot - GREAT value - I could not have been happier-"

"I bought two of these mirrors and couldn't be happier with my purchase! They are exactly what I was looking for and everyone that sees them, loves them. When the mirrors arrived, one was in perfect condition and the other one was broken. Something had hit it during shipping and shattered the mirror. However, the frame was completely intact (which to me shows how sturdy the frame is). I called Home Decorators and the customer service rep I spoke with was so nice and handled the situation perfectly. She immediately shipped out another mirror and I received it the very next day! I was so impressed by the way they handled the situation that I will forever be a loyal customer!"

"I had been looking for just the right mirror for over a year. In and out of stores and catalogs!! Then the spring catalog for Home Decorators arrived. BLAM! There it was, the mirror I had been looking for!The mirror was packed well for shipment, with all the wood trim on the mirror, I was concerned that there may be nicks or splinters in the wood. I'm happy to report that there were none! Only complaint, the wire for hanging miror was put on in the wrong spot. Easy fix! Great Mirror, Great Price!"
