"I really wanted this item to work with the antique oak vanity I purchased from Home Decorators, however, it just looked cheap. The Kendall vanity is a beautiful piece and this pedestal brought down the value of the that piece. Lots of nicks that show poor workmanship and I'm sending it back."

"Item arrived completely assembled and in good condition. Has a mass-produced, plastic-y (not real wood) look to it, so I would recommend only using it in a relatively informal setting (it is in the corner on the landing of my stairs), but it has a unique design that makes up for it. I am happy with my purchase of this product."
