"I ordered this rug based on it's appearance in the catalogue. When it came, it didn't look like the catalogue photo, and was disappointing in quality. The color was not true, and the detail design was much coarser in appearance than the catalogue representation."

"Put it down Saturday, by that evening, inch long clumps of brown all over the rug. Also, the damask part, there is a stripe in the texture that is not visible in the picture."

"I bought this rug in a runner and throw rugs and they are assembled very very poorly. The ribbing around the edging is already coming apart especially on the runner. Very Very poor product will not purchase anything from Home Decorators again."

"I was looking for a rug that would be neutral in color, blend with many color schemes and not be a focal point in the space. The rug has a nice scroll pattern, and the green color is a little more sage than in the picture. Fine with me. I am delighted with the product and will have many years of use even when I change the color scheme on bedspread and draperies."

"We are replacing a very busy patterned Oriental rug with this solid 10X14 sage green rug. While it does simplify our decor, we have to be more vigilant about spills and spots. The color SAGE is great, definitely not a yellowish-green. It does shed, but vacuuming once a week seems to be enough. It sheds mainly in front of chairs & sofa - where the feet rub. I would think it is important to have a really good vacuum cleaner because the rug is multilevel. It is extremely dense and thick, great quality. The rug delivery was rather slow though, but not a big problem."

"A lovely, rich-looking rug. The pattern adds to its depth. The brown color is as rich as dark chocolate. The fibers are densely packed. It's a thick rug, so use a thin pad if you use it near a door. A great value!"

"We bought this rug for our office. The color is perfect, a beautiful blue that was true to the website image. We looked at it on two different monitors before ordering and still wondered if the color would be right because blue is so hard to match. The scroll pattern is not too overwhelming (as another review suggested). We also purchased the rug pad. The transaction was flawless with quick delivery. We are very pleased with the rug and with how smooth the ordering and delivery process went."

"The rug arrived with the carpet fiber coming apart at the edge. In the picture the scroll pattern appeared to be subtle and delicate. This is not the case. The scroll pattern is HUGE and seems to dominate the rug. (I had ordered the brown). Since it arrived in less than perfect condition I sent it back."

"Great rug for the price, the quality is exceptional. The color is perfect for what I needed, the blue is beautiful - very saturated. I didn't want it to "fight" with the patterened sofa I have and thought just a solid rug would be boring; this hand carved look is wonderful. Shipping was great, it came to my home very quickly."
