"This rug is VERY thin and VERY course. It was delivered by a female FEDEX driver who was carrying it draped over one arm, if that gives you any idea. When I ordered an 8' x 11' room size rug, I expected a rug that would require at least two strong guys to carry. In addition the texture is very rough and course, almost like a rough rope like texture. Nothing anyone would want to sit or lay on. If you're expecting a heavy, thick, lush, soft, comfortable rug, don't waste your time on this one.
I returned it immediately.
Also, if they try and sell you a rug pad (which i'm sure they will), realize that it is shipped separately from the rug and will probably arrive after the rug does. The rug did arrive very fast, despite what they kept telling me (7 to 10 business days or 1-2 weeks). it was shipped on the 8th and arrived on the 11th. But then again, this could be because it only weighed 28lbs. per fedex."

"This rug is featured on other websites but Home Decorators Collection carries a wider selection of colors. The rug is thin but I bought a extra thick rug pad to combat the issue. It is also a rough texture but I was expecting this through looking at the tight weave through close up photos on the website. The design and color fit in wonderfully with my living room. I am very satisfied with my purchase."

very good rug

"this rug fits in very well with my decor; it is exactly what is pictured; the only thing that i was not expecting is that is a thin wool rug not a thick plush one, but that is ok, it is in my foyer and is good for wet shoes, etc. It looks very nice and I expect it to last a long time."
