"I don't have a lot of counter space, so I use this shelf on the back of my counter (instead of over the sink.) It holds the bread, salt and papper, toothpick holder, etc so these items are up and out of the way, but easy to reach. I may stain the shelf a little darker, but it is usable the way it is."

"This Over The Sink Shelf is beautiful. It looks great with its chrome legs and sides with wooden shelf. The only things is that it could be higher. I had to go to Home Depot and get Screws with feet to make the shelf higher so it would be able to be above my kitchen faucet. If you have a high faucet to turn on and off your water for your sink, make sure the height is high enough to span your sink. The length was perfect but it was not quite high enough until I went and bought screws to elivate the height to make it higher. It looks great and is perfect for kitchen decorations and odds and ends without taking up extra space on your sink. It is a high quality item and with FREE Shipping it made me buy it immediatly after contemplating if I really needed it."
