"It was much larger than what I had hoped. The size of the hardware was enough to prevent me from installing it for the intended use. I wish that the dimensions were more clear. I have no use for a lamp that size (I did like the lamp shade) so I gave it away to my nephew."

"A beautiful lamp. I bought two. They did not fit where I wanted them. The switch to turn them on is at the bottom of lamp bracket which was hidden behind furniture. The wire did not fit in the lamp bracket. Cost of sending back more than lamp cost. I'm still trying to see if there is anywhere else in the house I can use them. I would recommend lamp if they had the right place for them. Very, very big."

"I bought this lamp for my son to have extra light over his desk. The smaller one was sold out. This Large one is indeed large, but it fits the space. The red is a nice shade - not bright red. Perfect amount of light to do homework. Easy to put up. Will allow me to use the rest of the wall space for a shelf. The swinging feature is nice to shift the light. And the cord is the perfect length to go into the socket. However, I used butterfly anchors - they're easier for me to get into the walls. I don't use any of the plastic anchors that come with my purchases since they tend to bend and become unusable. A pack of 5/16" butterfly anchors will serve you well.

Great lamp, but wrong text

"This wall mounted lamp is large, attractive, and well made. However, the text advertising the lamp said that it had a three-way switch. I ordered a dozen three-way bulbs from another company only to find that the lamp has only two options in light levels...on and off. It costs us money and will make us question the text in future purchases. Therefore, I cannot give it a five star rating because of the improper advertising."

"Have a beach decor going on with cottage and comtemporary pieces. This lamp looks great and provides lots of light over quite a large area. I'm handy and found this very easy to assemble and mount."

"Installed this light in bedroom (corner). Totally transformed the entire look of the room. Was amazed at how beautiful it looked when I stepped back to view it from a distance. Has nice clean simple lines, and simple yet effective shade. Have it pugged into a switched outlet, and use a dimmer switch for total light control and effect. Wow!"

"There are only two options for this lamp as far as length of cord and height on wall. The medium size I purchased has a giant lamp shade which is far too large for the wall and oil rubbed bronze is not the color. The color is jet black. Very unhappy with this purchase."
